What to do before putting your home on the market:

  1. We will advise you on pre-sale preparation and staging.

  2. Thoroughly research current Seattle real estate market conditions, to help you price your home

  3. Develop a marketing plan and timeline

  4. Create professional photography and high quality print and web marketing materials

  5. Provide high visibility on the internet on the ResidentialSeattle series of websites

  6. Searchable high quality photo gallery on the MLS, Windermere.com, and on any other broker’s website.

How to launch your listing

  1. We work with you and your specific needs to develop a custom marketing plan. You will have the prestigious Windermere Brand that stands for Seattle’s real estate leader.

  2. We market to your neighborhood and to agents that work in the Seattle area to get the most exposure for your listing.

  3. We hold brokers opens and Sunday public open houses advertised in Windermere’s renown advertising section.

On The Market

  1. We monitor the activity of your property and report the feedback from agents and clients that have toured your home.

  2. We monitor the activity of the competing homes.

  3. We show the home to buyers that request a showing.

  4. We monitor online activity and compare it to actual in home tours.

  5. We followup with agents who have toured multiple time and sell the home, or try to overcome objections.

  6. When we do receive an offer we negotiate on your behalf to get you the best price and terms for your sale.

Getting it Closed

It’s exciting to get a Purchase and Sale Agreement signed by both buyer and seller but the process is not complete until closing. We manage each step as your advocates.

  1. We monitor all timelines within the sale including: inspections, title, financing, and any other contingencies.

  2. We represent you in any negotiations that occur due to the inspection or any other contingencies.

  3. We monitor the sale during closing and keep you informed along the way.

  4. We ensure that the buyer's financing is moving forward and that their loan documents reach escrow in the proper time.

  5. We schedule with escrow a time for you to sign the final papers and this can be several days before the actual closing date.

  6. Closing is when the funds from the sale become available to you.

  7. When you're closed, a little celebration will be in order!
